Hope Shipp-4th Grade

My favorite verse is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.”  This verse has reminded me that God is with me where ever I go. If I don’t think positive, then I think of this verse and it helps me remember that God gives me the strength to get through it. God has a purpose for everything and God gives us strength to be able to do all things – not just one or two things – but all things!

Dear God,

Thank you that you have given me strength to do things through Christ. Thank you that we have friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful teachers, bless them and help us obey our teachers. Thank you for our school and providing us a place to learn about you. Help our school to be able to build and to grow stronger. Please keep our school safe and help us to do all things through you, not just what we want to do, but what you want us to do.  In your name I pray, Amen.
